Nicholas Viale
Bio
Nicholas Viale is the Chief Executive Officer as well as the principal Broker and Owner of Century21 Coastal Estates. He was born in south of France where he graduated from university in business management and marketing. He started working in real estate sales in 1985 and his background includes working for developers with planning and selling large scale real estate projects in various European countries.
He came to Costa Rica in 1995 and fell in love with Tamarindo and its stunning natural beauty. As the village was growing, the real estate activity was increasing, bringing investors to discover the advantages of investing in the country. His hard work and leadership contributes to establish our group as the strongest, as well as the largest real estate company in the country.
